QualityXHTML updates

March 16th, 2009

We have now finished combing the content of the pages, so you should get a more clear and understanding of who we are and what we do. Almost over the past 12 months, we have had many great customers, and very, very few who would like us to put their website in to the portfolio.

In which case, we’re currently following up a some customers and keeping our fingers crossed for more to be added shortly.

If however you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us today.

New Order Process at QualityXHTML

March 13th, 2009

Our new order forms have recently been launched.

A little late, but nonetheless they were worth the wait! The ordering process is now MUCH more user-friendly.

We worked on a couple of different versions, trying one or two different techniques for the file upload facility. We eventually decided upon SWFUpload.

We are also pleased to announce that the content of our site is to be re-written on Monday.

Finally, we will also be adding some more projects to our portfolio soon which we are sure you will love.

New Ordering Process in the works

January 24th, 2009

Our current ordering process is quote based. Meaning, potential customers must submit a description of their project and wait for a reply in order to receive an accurate quote. However, we decided that we would like to make it simpler and less time consuming for our visitors to receive quotations from us, so we have decided to:

  1. Develop an online form that caters for websites of up to 7 pages and provides you with an instant price quotation and all the options that you may need.
  2. Make a quote form available for larger projects of more than 7 pages so that your requirements can be assessed manually and an accurate quote provided

We will keep you updated on our progress with this new ordering process but in the meantime feel free to send an enquiry over to us via our contact form.

Twitter this, Twitter that and updates

January 9th, 2009

Ever since one of our team members (naming no names) caught the Twitter bug, we have been pestered to set an account up for Quality XHTML and Twitter our thoughts throughout the day.

So we did.

You can see what we have been saying on Twitter here.

We would also like to take the opportunity to thank everyone who has submitted their resumes and job applications over the past few months. We have recently employed 4 more members of staff, bringing even more skills and experience to our team.

Green Code Desktop Wallpaper

January 5th, 2009

In November 2008, we had a friend put together a piece of Artwork that represented the words “Green Code”, in the flowery feel that our website has.

The words “Green Code” represent Quality XHTML as a company, and what we do.

Think about what being green actually means now try and use those words against markup. This was where the idea came from, which made us continue using the phrase.

We initially had the idea that this artwork would be presented on to T-Shirts, at all sizes which would then be made available for sale. We are yet to organize this. So in the meantime, we decided it would be a great idea to turn this into a desktop wallpaper as well.

The Desktop Wallpaper was created in various resolution sizes, and has been published on the Design Development Magazine or The DDM as we call it. Feel free to go on over, and check it out.

We would like your comments on whether or not it would be a good idea to get the design printed on to t-shirts, so we can see how many people would be interested in grabbing a quality tee.
